I was out of sorts most of the morning when I picked up that silly small pad and wrote this.
I felt lighter.
I need
More lightness
less limitations
More curiosity
less control
More fearlessness
less fear
More love
less hate
More truth and healing
less deception and ignorance
More laughter
More intimacy
More joy
less them, you and me
